For local fare head for the Jasa Bundo, a nice clean restaurant opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving spicy Sumatran specialties. The prices are ok, the cheapest in the area (JL Jaksa) with 10000 Rp for mains. You should really check it out. It’s located on JL Jaksa 20 A.
