If you look at Cafe Venezia's prices on Jl Ambengan you could call it upscale (40,000Rp for a meal), but the surroundings are kind of dowdy. The outside terrace makes a little bit for the rest, looking more classy if you can stand the mosquitos. They serve lunch and dinner with Indonesian and Western cuisine.
